Planted Heaven ensures quality plants and secure packaging for all our customers. We choose trusted porter service to deliver your plants safely and efficiently. Delivery charges will be applicable on all gift orders and will be added at checkout.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
All orders are dispatched from our facility within same day. Most orders are delivered to your address within 3–4 working days from the date of placing the order, depending on your location. Please note that bulk orders are processed with special care and may take up to 7 working days to be dispatched.
To maintain full transparency, we provide real-time images of your order prior to dispatch. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

Can you return plants?

No, At Planted Heaven, we do not accept returns on plants, as live plants may not survive the return transit due to environmental stress.
However, we ensure that every plant is carefully packed and delivered in healthy condition.
