At Planted Heaven, we take utmost care in delivering healthy plants and quality products. Due to the delicate and perishable nature of live plants, orders once delivered and accepted cannot be refunded.
If you believe that the product delivered is not as per your order or has arrived in an unsatisfactory condition, we request you to contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will review your concern and assist you with the best possible resolution.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to offer flexibility wherever possible.
•    Order cancellations are accepted only if requested within 24 hours of placing the order. 
•    Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained. 
Important Notes:
•    Orders placed under same-day or express delivery are not eligible for cancellation. 
•    Products purchased during special occasions, limited-time offers, or festive sales (such as Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc.) are non-cancellable due to limited availability. 

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect non-plant product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant details or images.
Once verified by our team, we will initiate a replacement or appropriate resolution. Requests reported after this timeframe may not be considered.
Product Concerns
If the product received does not meet your expectations or differs from what was displayed on the website, kindly bring it to our attention within 24 hours of delivery.
Our customer support team will carefully evaluate your concern and take an appropriate decision to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.
